Why are you giving away an 82-page system?
Two reasons. First, most owner-operators won’t actually implement it, which means giving away the playbook doesn’t cannibalize the agency. Second, the ones who do implement it become the best version of clients we work with later. The Playbook qualifies for me, not against me.
Will this work for my industry?
If you’re an owner-operator selling to other businesses or to high-consideration consumers, yes. The frameworks are industry-agnostic because the principles (own attention, sequence over stack, compounding > rented) apply across construction, professional services, B2B SaaS, manufacturing, and most service businesses. It will not work if you sell impulse-buy DTC at $19 price points. Different game.
