Price: $1,500 (Standard) or $3,000 (Deep). Delivered in 7 business days.
Path 2 · After the Breakdown, If There’s a Fit
Lead Machine Implementation
Done-for-you execution of the fixes identified in your Breakdown. Visibility, traffic, and conversion – all three pillars, delivered as a systematic 90-day sprint.
The commitment: 30+ qualified leads per month in 90 days. Or we work free until you hit it.
Price: $3,000–$7,500 setup + $2,500–$5,000/month. 6-month minimum.

Path 3 · For Existing Lead Machine Clients at Month 3+
Growth Expansion
Content domination, multi-location expansion, and market authority. The next tier after the Lead Machine has your core pipeline running.
Who qualifies: Existing Lead Machine clients who are hitting their lead targets and want to scale further.
Price: $5,000–$10,000/month.
How to start: This isn’t available as a standalone engagement. It’s earned by hitting the Lead Machine targets first.
Path 4 · Application Only
Advisory Retainer
Strategy and oversight. My thinking on your marketing without the full implementation team. For business owners who have in-house or agency execution but want an external brain that holds them accountable.
Availability: Maximum 3–5 clients at a time.
Price: Negotiated. High-ticket. Not disclosed here.
How to start: Don’t pitch me this. If we’ve worked together or you’ve been through the Breakdown and it’s a fit, I’ll bring it up.

I don’t start implementation work before the diagnostic is done. Every retainer client has been through a Breakdown first – no exceptions.
I don’t discount. I don’t negotiate on price. If the Breakdown shows a six-figure gap in your lead pipeline and you balk at $1,500 to understand it, we’re not a fit.
